This is our hallmark that has accompanied us since the beginning of this family business, founded more than 45 years ago by Joan Clanchet and Manel Tarrida, two partners and, above all, friends, who knew perfectly well the needs of people looking to find a home in Gelida and Sant Llorenç d’Hortons.

Throughout recent history there have been various social and economic changes that have made it difficult to enter the real estate sector and, for this reason, at Finques Esclat we have been adapting in order to facilitate all the processes for our clients.

We have opened up a market in a large part of Penedes and Baix Llobregat, we have specialised in sectors such as insurance management and community administration, and we want to demonstrate our worth and experience every day.We know and master the area, we like to spend time with people because behind each one of them there is a story that we love to discover and achieve their desire and success.
